Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm As a Physical Therapy Center Director with Concentra, you will positively shape healthcare in your community. Working together with medical and operational professionals, you will provide needed therapy interventions to injured individuals in an outpatient orthopedics clinic environment. Demonstrates proficiency in PT guidelines and addresses outlier cases, optimizing workflows with an early intervention focus. Builds relationships with employers, referrals, and payers, mastering clinical systems for efficient documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving satisfaction metrics.
