Premium Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. Job Summary As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, plan, and deliver high-quality therapeutic procedures in a modern outpatient setting. You will work closely with referring physicians to establish individualized goals, providing evidence-based treatments and documenting patient progress to ensure optimal functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Patient Care :

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for diverse patient populations.

Treatment :

Administer safe, effective interventions and adjust plans based on regular reassessments of patient progress.

Documentation :

Maintain accurate, timely clinical records including progress notes, evaluations, and billing.

Education :

Empower patients and families through clear education on therapeutic exercises and long-term recovery strategies.

Collaboration :

Partner with an interdisciplinary team and referring physicians to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Safety :

Operate equipment safely and adhere to all facility infection control and risk management protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications Education :

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Experience :

0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.

Licensure :

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of employment required.

Certification :

Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Skills :

Strong interpersonal communication, proficiency with EMR/billing technology, and a commitment to ethical practice.
