PM Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patient physical conditions and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery plans Maintain accurate patient documentation and EMR charting Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania BLS Certification required Minimum 2year of recent Physical Therapy experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Experience in rehabilitation or outpatient settings preferred #PHYTH1 Why TalentBurst?
