Physical Therapist

Position Overview ZenTech Consulting is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide professional therapy services for the Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities at residential service facilities located in Southeast Missouri. This position is responsible for evaluating, treating, and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, independence, functional performance, and overall quality of life. Facility LocationsSoutheast Missouri Residential Services 2351 Kanell Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901 112 Plaza Drive, Sikeston, MO 63801 Schedule & Hours Average of approximately 40 hours per month Flexible scheduling based on facility and patient needs Travel between locations may be required Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents' physical conditions, mobility limitations, and therapy needs Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation goals Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, stretching, strengthening, and functional movement activities Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation, treatment records, and progress notes in accordance with state and facility requirements Educate staff and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and patient support strategies Ensure compliance with all Department of Mental Health policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Missouri Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Previous experience working with developmental disabilities, rehabilitation, long-term care, or residential services preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling Current CPR certification preferred Compensation Competitive hourly rate Flexible PRN/part-time schedule Opportunity to support underserved populations in a rewarding clinical environment About ZenTech Consulting ZenTech Consulting partners with organizations nationwide to provide high-quality healthcare, professional, and workforce staffing solutions. $48.84 - $58.82 per hour
