Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) Make a meaningful impact in patients' lives every day What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a key role in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. In this role, you will: Evaluate patients within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of referral Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians Provide hands-on therapy in alignment with approved care plans Monitor and document patient progress, updating plans as needed Educate patients, families, and caregivers for successful recovery and discharge Assist with discharge planning and recommend appropriate equipment (e.g., walkers, braces) Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing with the state Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate (DPT) preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable using electronic medical records (e.g., Casamba, PointClickCare) Ability to solve problems, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Why You'll Love This Role Opportunity to make a real difference in patient recovery Collaborative, supportive healthcare team Ongoing learning and professional development Variety in daily work and patient interactions We are an equal opportunity employer.
