Located within the Center for Spine & Orthopedics, our clinic provides comprehensive orthopedic, spine, sports medicine, and post-surgical rehabilitation services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Our therapists work closely with physicians and clinical specialists to deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for orthopedic, spine, sports medicine, vestibular, and post-surgical conditions Deliver hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise programs, functional rehabilitation, and patient education Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in EMR systems Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, wellness strategies, and recovery expectations Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment Contribute positively to clinic culture and support team initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing Open to active/pending state board licensures and those sitting for their board exam in the next six months Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and documentation skills Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomesThis position requires a background check upon acceptance.
