Friday Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Grants, NM. Responsibilities Assess and interpret evaluation results to develop individualized treatment plans Administer therapeutic exercises, functional training, and manual therapy techniques Instruct and assist patients with mobility training, ADLs, and use of assistive devices Provide treatments including modalities such as ultrasound, traction, and hydrotherapy Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, aides, and technicians Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and modify treatment plans as needed Collaborate with healthcare teams for discharge planning and continuity of care Develop home exercise programs and educate patients and caregivers Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with standards Ensure a safe and clean clinical environment and follow infection control protocols Contribute to interdisciplinary care conferences and team collaboration initiatives Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required Active Physical Therapist license in New Mexico required or eligibility to obtain one Current BLS Certification required Previous clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred New graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills required
