Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current, valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Proven experience delivering PT services in hospital or acute care settings Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with EHR (electronic health records) systems Ability to develop and modify treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Strong time management and organizational capabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop curated treatment plans with measurable goals Deliver evidence-based therapy to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Document treatments, progress, and patient responses in compliance with hospital standards and regulations Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises, post-discharge care, and injury prevention Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and smooth transitions
