Job Description

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled Physical Therapist is sought for a contract position in Ridgecrest, CA, offering the opportunity to deliver specialized outpatient therapy services. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician directives. Maintain timely, accurate documentation including treatment goals, quality indicators, and letters of medical necessity. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Physical Therapist license in good standing. Thorough understanding of the State Practice Act and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, and implement effective treatment protocols. Strong documentation skills compliant with legal and organizational standards. Commitment to continuous professional improvement and teamwork. Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
