Physical Therapist - Outpatient

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Physical Therapist to work at an outpatient practice in Schenectady, NY.

Job Function:

Day Shift. 5x8. Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals. Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote healing. Track patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and encouragement. Educate patients and their families about the goals and benefits of physical therapy, as well as the importance of at-home exercises and self-care. Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients. Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes for insurance and legal purposes.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of experience. Active New York State (NYS) license. BLS certification required.
