Job Description

The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join their growing rehabilitation team. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Collaborative and patient-centered team environment Opportunity to work with patients across all age groups Supportive leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration Meaningful work helping patients restore independence and mobility Stable healthcare setting with growth potential What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Administer physical therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient progress with physicians and care teams Assist with discharge planning and long-term rehabilitation goals Ensure proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of therapy equipment
What We're Looking For Required:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Texas Physical Therapy License CPR Certification Preferred:
1+ year of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist Strong communication and patient education skills Experience working with a variety of patient populations including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate and patient-focused Collaborative and team-oriented Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment Passionate about helping patients achieve functional goals and independence
