Physical Therapist / PT Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Cheviot, OH (45211) Skilled Nursing Facility. Full-Time, Shared Coverage at BOTH Terrace View Gardens + Home at Hearthstone Flexible Schedule! 3/2 Split with minimal travel between locations daily. Travel Reimbursement included if traveling between both in the same day. PRN Also Available! What are you looking for? As a Physical Therapist , you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident"s life.

Qualifications:
