Evaluate children 0-3 to qualify for Early Intervention Year-round position Part-time offers only No PTO A network of providers is available as support as well as the Program Manager, Samantha Hyde 24 hours annual training required Required training is paid out at 60% of your rate Compensated for mileage and travel Experience performing multi-disciplinary evaluations Experience working with children 3 and under Experience in homecare setting Understand the use of testing tools to determine EI legibility Knowledge of using informed clinical opinion Background creating IFSP's and writing outcomes Must be available for evaluations any time from Monday-Friday between 8-5pm. This role often works for people with flexible schedules.
