Conduct thorough physical assessments and review medical histories to evaluate patients' conditions accurately. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and recovery processes. Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.Qualifications:
Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in a home health setting. Valid state licensure to practice as a physical therapist, adhering to professional standards. Current CPR certification required upon employment. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to various client locations.
