Physical Therapist - School Setting in Hatfield, MA

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, planning, and implementation of physical therapy services for K-12 students Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to support individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations

Qualifications:
