Washington Brain & Spine Institute's Rehabilitation Department is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to support our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional rehabilitation services such as pre-operative/post-operative spinal surgical care, chronic conditions of the spine, neurological conditions, and generalized orthopedic conditions. Who We're Looking For Required:
Graduate of an accredited DPT or PT program Current CPR Certification Active Maryland PT license in good standing Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, medically integrated setting
Highly Valued:
Experience in outpatient orthopedics, spine, neuro, or post-surgical rehabilitation Comfort managing medically complex cases Interest in evidence-based spine care Manual therapy training or certifications Team-oriented mindset New graduates encouraged to apply — our mentorship structure supports early-career PTs with clearly outlined path for career progression into management roles.
