This full-time leadership role is ideal for a PT who enjoys combining patient care with mentorship, collaboration, and program development in a supportive skilled nursing/rehab environment.

As a Site Lead, you will play a key role in driving clinical excellence, supporting team development, and enhancing resident outcomes.
