Now Hiring:
Full-Time Physical Therapist Schedule Typical four 10-hour daylight weekday shifts, plus weekend and holiday rotation:
Monday & Wednesday:
Smethport Tuesday & Thursday:
Shinglehouse Weekend & Holiday Rotation:
Inpatient coverage Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Are you a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist interested in working across both outpatient and inpatient settings? Join a collaborative, patient-centered team where your expertise helps individuals restore mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence.
Schedule Highlights Weekdays:
Outpatient care with consistent daytime hours
Weekends:
Inpatient coverage on a rotating basis (approximately every 8-9 weeks)
Holidays:
Rotating inpatient coverage (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas) What You'll Do As a Staff Physical Therapist, you will: Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive initial assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and home programs Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Additional Responsibilities Serve as a clinical instructor for students, residents, or fellows Maintain licensure through ongoing professional development Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) Support coverage needs across treatment areas as needed Complete accurate, timely documentation of all patient care services Participate in staff meetings, education sessions, and continuous improvement efforts Why Join Us?
