Travel Pay Rate:

$2606 weekly ($34/hr w2 + $1246/week stipend)

Local Pay Rate:

$60/Hr on w2

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Brawley, CA . This is a 13-week contract with day shifts , focused on helping patients improve mobility, strength, and independence in a post-acute care setting . Duties Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed Document using PointClickCare (required) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on home exercise programs AL01 Requirements Active California PT License Minimum 1 year experience (SNF preferred) BLS Certification Experience with PointClickCare (preferred) Strong communication & documentation skills
