Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required. Healthcare Provider Level BLS required from AHA or ARC. Experience in outpatient orthopedic, sports, neurological, balance/dizziness, or general outpatient rehab settings preferred. Ability to travel to multiple points of care and float between clinic locations as required by the client. Experience with wheelchair seating and adaptive equipment preferred.
