Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Bachelor's acceptable if combined with required experience. Active WV Physical Therapist license or compact license valid for practice in West Virginia prior to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience creating plans of care, performing patient evaluations, and delivering treatment in home health settings preferred. Assessment skills preferred. Ability to travel within assigned coverage areas, including Mason and Jackson counties in West Virginia.
