Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

This opportunity requires a confident, experienced clinician able to work independently. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Illinois Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working independently in an outpatient setting is required. Experience with Medicare documentation and outpatient evaluation/treatment planning is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with orthopedic and musculoskeletal populations. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems used in outpatient clinics. Prior travel or contract therapy experience preferred.
