Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Prior experience managing musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehab, and therapeutic exercise programs preferred.
