Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Iowa Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans. Demonstrated competency in documentation, goal writing, and use of electronic medical record systems for timely, accurate charting. Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and manage caseloads with delegation to discipline-specific therapy staff as needed. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education per Iowa practice act. Effective patient and family education skills and experience participating in student clinical education preferred.
