Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in an outpatient clinic setting is required. Competence with comprehensive patient evaluation, documentation, goal writing, and development of individualized treatment plans. Experience using electronic medical records for documentation and charge entry preferred. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide student instruction when assigned preferred. Maintain compliance with state practice act and discipline-specific professional standards.
