Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required. Experience working in an acute care hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and discharge planning in a hospital environment preferred. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation in a hospital setting preferred.
