Complies with universal precautions, infection control, and safety procedures.

Provides client care services which have been delegated by the physical therapistPrepares clinical and progress notesParticipates in educating the client and familyQualificationsWhat's Required Graduate of a physical therapist assistant associate degree program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. PTA certification required.

Home care experience preferred.

Possess current Michigan motor vehicle license, ability to drive a car, and insured vehicle capable of transport to patient homes or other offices under various weather conditions.
