$10,000 Sign-on Bonus! A full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in New Milford, CT. This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus! Candlewood Valley Health and Rehab is a busy sub-acute/skilled nursing facility where you would be working with the geriatric population and see a good mix of short-term and long-term care patients. We have a dedicated 30 bed short term rehab, 2 long term care units and also a secured dementia unit. Scheduling allows for flexible and accommodating hours. Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will: Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation Work well with others in a team setting Be flexible with hours.
