Position Overview As a full-time PTA, you will work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, helping residents achieve their mobility, strength, and functional goals. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a Physical Therapist. Provide restorative and therapeutic interventions to enhance strength, balance, and mobility. Accurately document therapy services in compliance with company standards and state regulations. Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and facility staff to optimize resident outcomes. Represent Wabash Senior Living and Rehab professionally across all facilities. Qualifications Current Illinois PTA license in good standing.
