Role:

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy services to homebound patients. You'll help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function in a home setting. What You'll Do as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA): Provide physical therapy treatments directly to patients in their homes Support patients in achieving mobility and recovery goals Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care What We Offer to Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA): Top of market rate: $50 per visit $300 sign-on bonus (paid after 10 successful visits) Flexible schedule - choose your own availability Supportive and positive team environment Established home health agency with strong patient demand

What We're Looking For:

Active Florida Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license (required) Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a home health setting
