Physical Therapy Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises. This role requires a strong understanding of various patient demographics, including geriatrics and pediatrics, as well as the ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
Develop individualized care plans based on patient evaluations, medical histories, and treatment goals.
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, home exercise programs, and preventive care strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and medical terminology in compliance with regulatory standards.
