Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated part-time Physical Therapy Technician to join our healthcare team in the Joppa area. In this role, you will work alongside licensed physical therapists to provide exceptional patient care and support therapeutic treatments.

Assist physical therapists in delivering patient treatments and therapeutic exercisesPrepare treatment areas and maintain therapy equipmentApply hot and cold therapy treatments under therapist supervisionWelcome and guide patients through their appointment processSchedule and manage patient appointmentsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environmentHandle basic administrative tasks including phone calls and patient documentationMonitor and report patient progress to physical therapistsEnsure proper setup and breakdown of therapy equipmentAssist patients with mobility and exercise routines as directedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to provide excellent customer servicePhysical stamina to assist patients and handle equipmentProficiency in basic computer systems for scheduling and documentationKnowledge of medical equipment maintenance and safety protocolsUnderstanding of patient confidentiality requirementsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a compassionate approach to patient careBasic understanding of physical therapy procedures and terminologyEvening hours needed. Flexible schedule a plus
Additional InformationEmployment Type:
Part-TimeThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $15 -$16 hourly. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
