Job Description

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologists for a locum tenens assignment starting in April 2025 . This opportunity offers a collaborative and supportive environment, focusing on both supervision and direct patient care. Below are the details of the assignment:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general and regional anesthesia for a variety of procedures. Supervise Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and handle your own cases as needed. Provide care for a wide range of surgical cases including: Complex orthopedic, vascular, and neurosurgical procedures Obstetrical and thoracic cases Epidural and spinal anesthesia Manage post-operative pain through techniques such as extremity blocks and epidural steroids.

Collaborative team including CRNAs and other professionals.
Requirements:
Board Certification :
Must be board-certified in Anesthesiology.
Licensure :
Active Maryland license or eligibility for IMLC.
Certifications :
ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and ABLS required.
Credentialing Timeframe :
Approximately 90 days.
