  • Aesthetic Dermatology & Cosmetic Medicine Experienced Cosmetic Provider | Opportunity to Build & Grow an Aesthetic Service Line Aspirational Health is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated Physician Assistant with extensive experience in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic dermatology to help meet and expand a growing demand for cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic service line within our established integrated healthcare practice.
This is a unique opportunity for a confident provider who is excited about independently developing and growing aesthetic services within an already established patient base with strong referral potential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing dermatology and cosmetic consultations, building long-term patient relationships, recommending aesthetic treatment plans, and helping expand a modern cosmetic wellness program within a collaborative multidisciplinary healthcare environment. We are seeking a provider with the experience, confidence, initiative, and motivation to independently help grow a thriving cosmetic service line demand while working alongside a team focused on preventive wellness, whole-person care, and long-term patient outcomes. The Physician Assistant will evaluate and manage both medical dermatology and cosmetic concerns while providing a wide range of aesthetic and cosmetic services including: Preventive and anti-aging aesthetic procedures Medical-grade skincare consultations and treatment planning Botox and neurotoxin injections Dermal fillers PRP injections Microneedling RF microneedling Chemical peels Laser skin rejuvenation IPL and photofacial treatments Skin tightening procedures Acne scar treatments Hair restoration therapies Body contouring treatments Our practice emphasizes preventive wellness, patient confidence, and whole-person care. Providers collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals focused on lifestyle health, nutrition, preventive medicine, wellness optimization, and long-term patient outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to help establish and independently grow an aesthetic medicine service line within an already established healthcare practice with a strong patient base and referral network. The ideal provider will be motivated to build long-term patient relationships, expand cosmetic services, and integrate aesthetic medicine into a comprehensive wellness-focused healthcare model. This position is ideal for a provider who is ambitious, growth-oriented, and interested in helping build a premier aesthetic and cosmetic program within a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking initiative, independently expanding a cosmetic patient panel, and contributing to the long-term development of aesthetic services within the practice.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Active Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license NCCPA certification required Extensive experience in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic dermatology required Strong experience with injectables, cosmetic consultations, and aesthetic procedures Confidence independently managing cosmetic patients and treatment planning Excellent communication, consultation, and patient relationship skills Entrepreneurial mindset and strong interest in growing an aesthetic practice
