Job Description

About the Role Our growing wellness and longevity clinic in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT/HRT) and peptide therapy for adult patients seeking optimization, healthy aging, and metabolic and sexual wellness care. You'll work closely with a supportive clinical team in a modern outpatient setting. We see motivated, cash-pay patients and prioritize quality time per visit, individualized treatment plans, and strong patient relationships — not high-volume, rushed appointments. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive new-patient consultations, including medical history, symptom review, and goal setting Order and interpret hormone panels, metabolic labs, and related diagnostics Develop and adjust individualized HRT protocols (testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, DHEA, etc.) for both male and female patients Prescribe and manage peptide therapies (e.g., GLP-1s, BPC-157, sermorelin/ipamorelin, thymosin family, PT-141, and others) within current regulatory guidance Educate patients on injection technique, dosing, expectations, and lifestyle factors Document accurately and timely in the EMR and collaborate with the supervising physician on complex cases Participate in protocol refinement and continuing education as the field evolves What We're Looking For Active Colorado PA license DEA registration Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience working with hormone replacement therapy and/or peptide therapy Strong working knowledge of men's and women's hormone health, lab interpretation, and individualized dosing Excellent bedside manner and patient education skills Comfortable in a cash-pay / concierge-style wellness environment Current BLS certification Nice to Have Additional training or certification in functional, anti-aging, age-management, or regenerative medicine (A4M, IFM, SSRP, etc.) Experience with weight-loss / GLP-1 management Experience with sexual health and aesthetic adjuncts (PRP, IV therapy, etc.) How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed with your resume and a brief note about your HRT and peptide experience.
