Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) Primary Care / Family Medicine UPMC - Northern Potter & Westfield Health Centers UPMC Cole Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or CRNP) to join our rural Primary Care team serving the Northern Potter and Westfield communities. This is a great opportunity to practice meaningful, relationship-based medicine in a 100% outpatient setting with a strong focus on continuity of care and community impact.
