Signature Healthcare is seeking a skilled and motivated Surgical Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our GYN surgical team in Brockton, Massachusetts. This role involves working closely with GYN physicians to provide high-quality surgical and perioperative care to women across a range of gynecologic procedures. The ideal candidate is experienced in the operating room, collaborative, and committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• First assist in GYN surgical procedures including minimally invasive, Da Vinci Robotic, laparoscopic, and open gynecologic surgeries
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and documentation
• Assist with surgical preparation, intraoperative support, and post-surgical management
• Round on hospitalized GYN patients and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
• Provide patient education regarding procedures, recovery, and follow-up care
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Massachusetts PA or NP license (or eligibility)
• NCCPA certification for PAs or board certification for NPs
• Prior surgical experience preferred; prior GYN surgical experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification required
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
• Experience assisting with gynecologic procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Combination of operating room coverage, inpatient rounding, and outpatient office support as needed

$136,000.00 - $159,000.00 per year
