Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to an established patient panel Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventative care, including annual physical, wellness visits, and age appropriate screenings. Conduct health risk assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and manage ongoing medication regimens Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing and lab results
