Job Description

Physician - Family Medicine Clinic VieMed Healthcare Staffing, a premier Joint Commission-certified agency committed to delivering high-quality healthcare staffing solutions, is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent position in Harbor City, CA. Position Overview:
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population in a busy outpatient clinic setting. You will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic illnesses, promoting preventive care, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes. This role emphasizes team collaboration and adherence to the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive primary medical care for an average of 20-22 patients daily in an outpatient setting. Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate follow-up care. Manage a broad spectrum of common illnesses, preventive health screenings, and health education. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in adherence to regulatory and clinic standards. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality and continuity of care. Stay current with medical advancements and comply with all licensing and accreditation standards.
Qualifications & Certifications:
Board Eligibility or Board Certified in Family Medicine. Active and unrestricted California Medical License. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Valid DEA registration. Proven ability to manage a diverse patient caseload efficiently.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 8-hour daytime shifts, Monday through Friday. No night or weekend on-call responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
