Additional Info:
Serve as a clinical and administrative leader in a community health setting, providing full-scope primary care while supervising clinical programs and ensuring quality, integrated services. Responsibilities include outpatient care, minor procedures, care coordination, specialty referrals, call coverage, and patient education. Oversee clinical protocols, QA/QI programs, peer review, and staff development. Collaborate on workforce utilization, maintain compliance with state/federal standards, and support community health needs assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active OR and DEA license
  • 5 years of experience in primary care, family practice, or internal medicine-Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
