Locums, Inc. is seeking Family Medicine Physicians for full-time services in the Tohatchi Medical Clinic in Tohatchi, NM. Assignment will be for one year starting in June. Any valid state or Federal license acceptable. About the Opportunity

• Period of Performance is approx. 6/15/20 to 6/14/21
• 40-hour work week, 8 hours shifts, 8am-4:30pm with no weekends, holidays or callbacks
• Providers will mainly perform patient examinations, immunizations, disease screening, diagnosis, treatment, and management
• Located about 40 miles north of Gallup, NM
• Perfect opportunity for lovers of the great outdoors who do not want extended hours Requirements
• Active and unrestricted state or Federal license
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active and unrestricted DEA
• Active

BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, & CPR

certifications

• Full vaccinations and immunizations
• 3 References
