A federally qualified community health center in Levy County ( northwest coast of Florida ) is adding family medicine physicians to its sites in Lake City, Live Oak, and Trenton, Florida. Practice Highlights 100% outpatient primary care with a Monday-Friday schedule Work in small group settings. See patients of all ages.
