Job Description

Join Our Team as an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician Make a Difference in Women's Health! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to provide exceptional care in a dynamic, community-focused setting. This vital role offers the opportunity to support a diverse patient population, deliver high-quality obstetric and gynecologic services, and collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals. Required Skills:
Active New York State Medical License Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (must be BC, BE not accepted) DEA certification required Excellent clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology Ability to manage a busy patient load, approximately 14 patients daily with visits every 30 minutes Strong communication and team collaboration skills Comfortable with hospital-based deliveries and procedures Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with ultrasound imaging onsite Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly eClinicalWorks Previous work in community health centers or similar settings Experience supporting a multidisciplinary team, including midwives and nurse practitioners
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution At least 2 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting Prior experience managing deliveries and working with multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with hospital call shifts and emergency obstetric care
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work a 24-hour hospital call shift every 7 days, with availability for 3-4 weeks per month Ability to support onsite deliveries at Good Samaritan Hospital and provide coverage for clinic days Valid driver s license and willingness for minimal travel, with mileage reimbursement preferred Credentialing process can take 60-90 days This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $222.30 and a comprehensive benefits package that includes weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
