admits per day and 20-25 admits per night. Full sub-specialty support and academic opportunities. No intubations required but NGT placement and central lines are a plus. Additional resources include on-staff intensivist, imaging, and labs. • $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.

Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
