Open ICU; no procedures required. Annual volume of 40,000. 4-5 start CMS rating. On-site labs and imaging, substance use navigators, and clinical care coordinators. - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.
Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
