• Full Time Schedules | Monday
• Friday 8 AM
• 6 PM | Saturday 8 AM
• 5 PM | Sundays 11 AM
• 3 PM Employed New Graduates Welcome to Average Patients seen: 20

Loan Repayment Compensation:

• $270,000 to $315,000 based on experience

• Provides bio-psychosocial assessments and clinical diagnostic assessments
• Responsible for medication management and providing continuity of care-Patient volume consists of 18-20ppd, with a mix of new patient intakes and follow-ups: New patient intake appointments range from 45 minutes-1 hour, follow-ups are 15-20min.
• Opportunities for a hybrid-remote schedule available once continuity of care is established-Psych NP and psychotherapist staff on site to provide support
• Participates in clinical team meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

• NY State License and

DEA REQUIRED

• Experience in community healthcare and/or bilingual highly desireable
