We have exciting opportunities to join such a team; a young, national primary care group focused on Value Based Care with Medicare Advantage patients in the convenient residential neighborhood of Capitol Heights in Milwaukee, Wisconsin . Be one of the first to join the team in the great city of Milwaukee.

Responsibilities:

Deliver care to senior patients in an outpatient setting with a supportive team, Monday

• Friday; 8am
• 5pm .

No after hours, no weekends and limited telephonic call rotation . 36 hours of patient care/week Tremendous support staff, EMR and state of the art clinic Our client operates state of the art clinics across the country, focusing on the senior patient with Medicare Advantage in a Value Based Care Model. Quality focused; not RVU nor productivity based. 12-14 patients/day

Qualifications:

Must be licensed in the state of Wisconsin with experience in caring for patients in an outpatient setting. Must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Text anytime to set up a call: 210-591-7125
