Key Responsibilities:

Provide medical care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICULead resuscitation efforts and manage neonatal intensive care treatment plansCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OB, pediatrics, and nursingParticipate in family consultations, quality improvement, and teaching opportunities

Qualifications:

Board-certified or board-eligible in NeonatologyEligible for Wisconsin medical licensureExcellent communication and leadership skillsNRP certification required
