Job Description

Coverage Needed:
ASAP - Ongoing 7 on / 7 off 24 hour call 15 days per month
Clinical Information:
2 FT APP's to assist 1 APP per shift
EMR:
eCW Neurology and Stroke coverage
Daily Patient Volume:
10
Required:
Must read EEG's Must be board certified or board eligible DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.

Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
