Job Description

Bring steady, compassionate care to every visit. As a Clinic LPN at NARMC, you'll room patients, give immunizations and medications, support minor procedures, and keep the day moving smoothly for providers and patients alike. Job Summary Provide clinic-based patient care under RN/provider direction: rooming, vitals, injections/immunizations, medication tasks, patient education, and support for minor procedures; complete accurate EHR documentation and contribute to efficient clinic flow. Key Responsibilities Room patients; obtain histories and vital signs ; prep for exams and procedures. Administer injections/medications ; dress simple wounds; remove staples/sutures per competency. Coordinate referrals , pharmacy calls, and prior authorizations ; manage medication refills per protocol. Assist with EKG and spirometry/PFT per policy; maintain clean, stocked rooms. Provide patient education and post-visit follow-up calls; document thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR) . Job Qualifications Required Graduate of an approved PN program; Arkansas LPN license. BLS certification; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Preferred Clinic experience; comfort with EKG/PFT workflows.
Compensation & Schedule Status:
Full-time (PRN/part-time considered)

Weekday clinic hours; occasional variation per clinic need
